The team at Vale of Glamorgan based brewery, Tomos a Lilford have created a fantastic seaweed stout that celebrates Wales’ coastal treasures, giving tasting notes of subtle umami and a sea breeze. This truly unique taste sensation is brewed with ‘Welshman’s Caviar’ from The Pembrokeshire Beach Food Company, bladderwrack and laver from the Glamorganshire Coast – showcasing another of our lovely producers’ products – Iechyd Da!
