Cardiff Distillery is a family run small batch distillery based on the outskirts of Cardiff city centre. Born out of a genuine love of gin, husband and wife team Paul and Julie have created a range of smooth craft gins that appeal to everyone, including non-gin drinkers.
Our Story
Founded in 2018 by husband and wife team, Paul and Julie Miller, Cardiff Distillery is a true labour of love. We are very much a family run business, based in the wonderful suburb of Pontcanna on the outskirts of Cardiff.
As craft gin distillers, we are involved in all aspects of the gin making process, from selecting and pairing botanicals to labelling, corking and sealing each and every bottle.
With a passion for fine spirits, our aim is to create a brand that is proud of its origins, and we use as many local botanicals as possible, underpinned with other delicious flavours.
