Cradoc’s is a tiny garden bakery with three staff baking, packing, nibbling and munching (jokin’ I am) delicious savouries five days a week! Our home market is our focus and we sell widely in Wales and England.  We offer five cracker flavours, very distinct and designed for specific styles of cheese, perfect for pairing with anything deliciously savoury from the deli counter. Great for hampers and gifting.

We also bake seasonal and exceptional crackers which we will snap and post when available.

Our Story

Welcome to crispy crunchy cracker-land!

Cradoc’s baker-ladies deliver delicious savoury biscuits! As a rule we choose not to use sugar as an ingredient so the clue is in the title…..we’d rather blend vegetables, fruit, flowers and herbs to flavour our savoury  biscuits and crackers, naturally.

We are small – very small but extremely efficient and we’ve found this works for us. We sell to national wholesalers and farm shops, delis and food halls, as well as direct to you at the very best festivals.

We love thinking about, gobbling, tasting and testing food here at Cradoc Road.  That’s how we kicked off this little business, by baking vegetable crackers that married well with Welsh cheeses and charcuterie and all the other lovely produce we in Wales are lucky to find in food assemblies and farmers markets up and down the Principality.

We just make crackers – nothing else!
