Father and daughter team, Earl and Charmaine, have created an unique culinary experience that has been 10 years in the making.
Earl’s Kitchen have developed sauces that bring the flavour of the Caribbean come rain or shine, all with superb restaurant quality. With over 40 years of culinary experience, Earl’s sauces have gained a significant following, with people travelling far and wide to taste his signature Bajan dishes.

Born in Jamaica, Earl arrived in Cardiff at the age of 19 and began his career in the catering industry, working on film and TV sets. In 1992 he bought a local restaurant which soon became very well known for its signature dishes; Chicken Barbados and Fishcake Barbados, with customers travelling far and wide to sample a taste of the Caribbean.
Since retiring from the restaurant scene, Earl has been creating his famous dishes from his home kitchen in Cardiff. His daughter, Charmaine, who grew up watching her dad work his magic in the restaurants encouraged Earl to bottle his sauces and seasonings to give people a chance to get the same quality experience in their home and from this, Earl’s Kitchen was born.
