Rhosyn Farm Produce

“On their 100 acre woodland farm in Carmarthenshire, Emma and Neil Rose are proud producers of sheep, goats and native breed pigs. With the freedom to roam and play around in the woods or graze on the natural goodness that their land has to offer in abundance, it’s apparent that these are very happy animals. This definitely contributes to the tasty sausages and meats that they make.”

Here at Rhosyn Farm, we take pride in breeding our own stock, outdoor rearing in the most idyllic surroundings and giving our animals the best quality of care and attention during their time on Rhosyn Farm.

We are famed for our award-winning sausages which come in a variety of flavours. Our philosophy is to make the most of what we rear, so we also provide the finest selection of other native bred meat produce.

Rhosyn Farm is situated in rural Carmarthenshire, and is owned and run by Neil and Emma Rose. We are lucky enough to be living our dream since moving to Wales in 2006, leaving the city life behind us for the calm of the countryside, and we have never looked back.

Neither myself or Neil come from a farming background, Neil is a qualified aircraft engineer and I worked in Programme Management in a previous life. It was always our dream to escape the stresses of city life and move to a self-sufficient life in the country, and we are delighted that we made the move and took the risk, and are extremely proud of what we’ve achieved.

We are in control of the whole production process; we rear all of our stock here in the fresh air at the farm, and butcher the meat at our on-site processing plant. We then sell our stock at local food markets and events, meeting the public and chatting to our loyal customers.

Our philosophy is to make the most of what we rear. In addition to the finest selection of rare, native bred meat we also produce a variety of other items including fresh free range hen, bantam, duck, geese, guinea fowl and quail eggs, pigs ears for pampered dogs and much more.
