Our Story

Originally, I began my career as a research scientist in my home country of Spain. However, my mother and grandmother’s passion for cooking inspired me to follow my love of food and launched my journey to create a range of authentic Spanish products for everyone to discover in their own homes.

Our restaurant in the beautiful city of Salamanca was famous and traditional Spanish recipes handed down by my family and perfected by me, using the finest, most carefully balanced ingredients available. These products are now lovingly produced in Wales and my paella sauce even won the sauce award on the BBC’s ‘Top of the Shop’ competition – an achievement that we are very proud of!
