We are an award-winning Welsh food company, run by foodies for foodies.

If you want amazing chicken liver pâté, fish pâtés, vegetarian pâtés and other delicious treats, you’re in the right place. Our products have never used artificial additives, preservatives or colourings, and have no hydrogenated fats. Just perfect pâté and other yummy stuff.

Patchwork was established in 1982 by Margaret Carter, a talented although untrained home cook who found herself divorced with three children to look after. With a start-up cost of just £9.00 saved from the housekeeping, she began selling her home made pâtés to pubs in nearby Llangollen.
