The Pembrokeshire Gin Company was founded in 2018 with the aim of creating premium craft gins distilled right here in Wales. With two speciality gins under our belt, and an immense pride in our small batch gin selection, we continue to forage and explore our beautiful region for the next addition to our growing selection. We use our own recipes and work closely with out distiller to ensure the very best quality product, which has proven very successful with our first craft gin receiving a number of prestigious awards since it’s launch.
Our Story
In April 2020, we were voted ‘Best Gin in Wales’ at The Gin Guide Awards and wee also received two ‘Highly Commended’ accolades in the London Dry Gin category, and the Contemporary Gin category.
Later in 2020 we were awarded an International Wine & Spirits Competition Bronze Medal for the second year in a row and a Silver Medal in the highly sought after Gin Masters by Spirits Business magazine.
To top off an already amazing year of accolades, we also received a Great Taste Award – considered to be the Oscars of the food and drink world!
Following the success of our first release, in September 2020 we went on to launch our brand new Welshcake Gin, inspired by the sweet, delicious treats that were taken into the mines by the wonderful, hard working miners of Wales. Our Coal Pit Welshcake Gin is a delicious homage to our Welsh heritage and is bursting with flavours of orange, cinnamon, nutmeg & currants- simply delicious.
