Some of the products within our hampers contain allergens such as nuts, egg, milk and gluten. Please contact us directly if you require further information, suitable substitutions may be able to be made.
We pride ourselves in creating the best luxury Welsh gifts and hampers on the market. We take care in selecting beautiful Welsh produce from small independent businesses across Wales. While we always endeavour to keep descriptions of our hampers as accurate as possible, we reserves the right to substitute any items in our hampers for items equal or greater value if those listed in the descriptions are out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering, if we need to do this we will choose a product as close as we can to the original product listed.
You have the right to cancel your order within a ‘cooling off’ period of 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. This right applies to all items except:
Damaged or Defective Hampers
- Perishable goods and other items likely to expire rapidly, this includes all flowers, fresh food, some alcohol and beverages, and hampers and gift boxes containing such items • Jewellery for pierced ears
- Sealed items where the seal or cellophane has been broken
- Personalised or bespoke items
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons such as razors and brushes
We pride ourselves in providing our customers with quality and satisfaction. We ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect these in transit.
In the unfortunate event that you or your recipient have received a damaged or defective hamper please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, quoting an order number.
When breakages occur during delivery we require photographic evidence from you to demonstrate the product is broken. If we are satisfied the product was broken during transit we will either refund the price of the individual product in full or we will replace the damaged hamper or damaged product(s). If the same hamper or items are not available we will replace them with a hamper or items of equal or higher value.
We may arrange a collection of your damaged/defective items, you will not be charged for the collection.
Please note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of returning an items to us under any circumstance, as we will arrange collection through our own courier.

We offer FREE Standard UK Delivery (1 - 3 working days) , NEXT DAY DELIVERY (if ordered before 2pm, SATURDAY DELIVERY (if ordered before 2pm Friday) or SUNDAY DELIVERY (if ordered before 2pm Friday). Delivery charges apply for next day, Saturday and Sunday deliveries.We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however during busy periods this may take up to 48 hours for standard delivery.
We use DPD and full tracking information is emailed to you upon dispatch.
Please note standard delivery does not include delivery on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.There is the option to order ahead and state a selected delivery date at checkout. Please note as this is a standard service we cannot guarantee delivery on the requested date, but we will do our best to ensure it arrives on time. If you require guaranteed delivery on a selected date please choose the next day delivery option.Please ensure the recipient is available to accept the delivery. We Kindly request that the sender ensure that the recipient is available to accept the delivery on the selected date. We cannot be liable for non deliveries due to incorrect details of an address or if the recipient is unavailable upon delivery. There is the option via the tracking link to deliver orders to a neighbour/local collection point or to leave it in a safe place.FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS:
Please ensure the recipient is available at the delivery address on the day of delivery or you have marked the delivery to a safe place/neighbour or local access point. If not the package could be returned to us and in this case a re-delivery charge of £6.95 will be required to resend the package. We are not responsible for any items that exceeds the ‘best before’ or ‘use by’ date due to failed delivery attempts.
