By Dough & Daughters

Always wanted to master the dough ? This is the perfect class for beginners, and those who have tried but want to improve their skills. Learn how to make the basic artisan white, a heart wholemeal load, artisan spelt buns and our Dough and daughters signature oat and treacle loaf.

Sign up for our basic bread making class with a group of friends or family and bake together when you can’t be together. Or join one of our sessions and make new friends.

Of course, nothing beats baking face to face, but until then, let us share our passion for dough with you online. Join one of our fun 3-hour Zoom classes and learn to bake in the comfort of your own kitchen. We’ll send you an ingredient and prep list a week before your booking so you’ll be all set to follow along with our live instructions.

We’ve built in tea and coffee breaks and all our classes are small so everyone can ask questions. And of course, we’re there to troubleshoot if needed.

Prices are £50 per person, per session.

Baking bread is in our DNA.

At Dough and Daughters, we love baking. It’s part of who we are and what we do. A freshly baked loaf has the ability to calm the soul, bring the family together and fill the house with comforting aromas.

In our household, baking has been passed down through the generations, from my Danish grandmother to mother, and now to my daughters. It has always been part of our family’s DNA, part of the everyday.

At Dough and Daughters, we love to share food, stories and gather around the table to discuss the day. At the same time, we may well be tearing open a fresh poppy seed bun, or fighting over some rosemary and garlic Focaccia.
