A former owner of Hensol Castle, Sir Benjamin Hall held the post of First Commissioner of Works during the restoration of the Houses of Parliament following the devastating fire of 1834 and it is reputed the 13.8 tonne bell “Big Ben” was named after him.
In homage to this great man our Benjamin Hall premium gin has been has been created as a gin for the future with inspiration taken from the past.

Our take on the ever popular strawberry gin is receiving plaudits wherever it’s served. A sublime premium gin with a full fruity strawberry flavour that remains on your palate. As with our London Dry gin, our Master Distiller has created a sublimely tasting traditional tasting gin by using 11 carefully selected botanicals with a number inspired by what is found locally in and around Hensol Castle estate.
The sweetness of strawberry with a hint of raspberry layered over classic juniper and citrus, our strawberry gin is best served over ice with fresh, diced strawberries.
