This gorgeous tin of dried seasoning rub tastes as good as it looks, the punchy flavour will add something a bit special to your cooking. We use it on the street food scene in our crab cakes, fish batter, sprinkled on our frites and as a base for the best seafood chowder in the world!
Captain Cat’s Môr Seasoning captures Dylan Thomas’s vision of his character Captain Cat perfectly. Think salt encrusted decks, citrus flavours from distant shores and dark laver black stormy seas.

“Starting life on the street food scene back in 2010, this little seaside company soon started making waves and proved to be a huge success. Founder, Jonathan, has taken inspiration from his love for Pembrokeshire and the sea to create a range of amazing products. We love Jonathan’s creativity and passion here at Discover Delicious, and his products have changed the way we cook. To discover more about the inspiration behind The Pembrokeshire Beach Food Co, take a look at our Q&A with founder, Jonathan . “

Originally, The Pembrokeshire Beach Food Company was a street food outlet, touring the country serving up seafood with a twist. Now with just one outlet situated at Freshwater West through the summer, we have tuned our efforts towards making food products from wild harvested seaweed from the Pembrokeshire coast.
