Made from Cheddar spiked with beer and wholegrain mustard, this cheese from Abergavenny Fine Foods really packs a punch.
- Preseli 200g
This soft, mould-ripened cheese from Pant Mawr Cheeses is mildly tangy and fruity, with a rich flavour and distinctive straw colour.
- Bouncing Berry 200g
A mature white Cheddar blended with cranberries, this cheese is deliciously creamy, light and fruity. .
- Snowdonia Fig and Apple Chutney 100g
This chutney is made in North Wales using Mediterranean figs and British Bramley apples, for a sweet and refreshing taste.
- Cradoc’s Crackers 80g
These savoury crackers make an excellent base for our lovely cheeses.

I’m Tom Pinder, founder of The Welsh Cheese Company. As a child, I was a regular visitor to a small dairy farm down the road from our house, where the farmer and his wife produced the most mouth-wateringly sharp farmhouse cheddar. This is when my passion for cheese began. I have a vivid memory of the milking parlour in the corner of the farmyard and the shed with a rows of giant cheddar truckles that would be hauled down and cut for us. We’d then take it home and my mum would make the most amazing mac and cheese with it, which remains one of the most delicious things I’ve ever tasted!
