Quick cooking instructions for 1-2 servings: Add 200ml of coconut milk into a pan, stir in the full contents of one sachet. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 mins add your preferred meat, seafood or vegetables.

Preechaya, who was the head chef in our award-winning restaurant in Abersoch for 10 years and creator of all sauces, has been taught a wealth of knowledge by her Mum who was herself a cookery teacher in Thai schools for most of her career, as well as running her own restaurants. The huge success of the restaurant prompted us to start the sauce side of the business in 2013 and we bottle the most popular restaurant dishes so they can be replicated at home.
