You will be given a quick introduction to the botanicals and how you will craft a bespoke recipe. You will then operate the still through the heads cut, collecting the heart of the run and blending with pure Welsh water before tasting and bottling your gin.
This experience is great for couples or friends who love gin and want to find out more on how its made. Gins are bespoke and labels can be personalised, making great gifts for birthdays, weddings or even to treat wedding guests to a one-of-a-kind gin on your big day.
Each recipe is kept on file ready for when you run out of your new favourite gin or would like to further develop the delicious tastes in your recipe.
Each distilling process is approximately 2 hours long.
The price is based on up to 2 people sharing a still and you'll each take home a bottle of your gin. We can also cater for up to 20 people if you're visiting as a group.
