Welcome to The Preservation Society. We produce multi award-winning chutneys, sirops and preserves that are packed with Great Taste from our home in the heart of the Wye Valley. All of our delicious preserves are handmade using traditional methods and following age-old family recipes, handed down through the generations. My passion for preserving was born at a very young age, having grown up on our family farm in the heart of the Welsh valleys watching my mother and grandmother producing the most incredible preserves to compete at local agricultural shows. It was inevitable that I would follow in their footsteps, it’s in our genes after all!
