Our Outdoor Cooking Experience workshop, specifically for groups of 4 or more. The perfect all-in-one starter package for people who want to learn how to cook great food outdoors!
The day will start with a demonstration by one of our trained chefs who’ll use a traditional barbecue to cook the finest quality cuts of meat and sausage made with our own free-range pork. Our qualified chef will show you how to cook your meat on the barbecue safely, the best cuts of meat to use and how to make a homemade BBQ rub or marinade.
Next, we’ll move on to pizzas. Add your preferred toppings to a homemade pizza base and cook these delicious pizzas using our outdoor wood-fired cob oven. You’ll learn how to check the temperature of your cob oven, how quickly food cooks in the oven, and we’ll talk through building your own oven.
Later you will learn how to bake crusty bread in the outdoor brick oven. We often cook our amazing focaccia bread in this oven. Enjoy a glass of wine and relax in the heart of the beautiful Anglesey countryside.
This course is held outdoors in the summer. The price includes all food sampled.
