At Hugh Phillips Gower Butcher we’ve always thought it important to know the farmers that rear the cattle we buy at market. We’re a family run butchers established in 1887. We source our Welsh meat from three local farms including the famous Salt Marsh Lamb from the Gower coast.

Each transaction under this amount will cost £9 per transaction.Packages are prepared fresh to order and we dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays using a 24-hour courier service. This means that if your order is received by 8pm on Monday, it will be prepared on Tuesday and will arrive on Wednesday. If your order is received by 8pm on Wednesday, it will arrive with you on Friday. Our deliveries arrive in an insulated eco-friendly packaging that is also entirely biodegradable and keeps your produce cold for up to 72 hours.
