We pride ourselves in creating the best luxury Welsh gifts and hampers on the market. We take care in selecting beautiful Welsh produce from small independent businesses across Wales. While we always endeavour to keep descriptions of our hampers as accurate as possible, we reserves the right to substitute any items in our hampers for items equal or greater value if those listed in the descriptions are out of stock or unavailable at the time of ordering, if we need to do this we will choose a product as close as we can to the original product listed.
You have the right to cancel your order within a ‘cooling off’ period of 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. This right applies to all items except:
- Perishable goods and other items likely to expire rapidly, this includes all flowers, fresh food, some alcohol and beverages, and hampers and gift boxes containing such items
- Sealed items where the seal or cellophane has been broken
- Personalised or bespoke items
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons such as razors and brushes
Damaged or Defective Hampers
We pride ourselves in providing our customers with quality and satisfaction. We ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect these in transit.
In the unfortunate event that you or your recipient have received a damaged or defective hamper please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, quoting an order number.
When breakages occur during delivery we require photographic evidence from you to demonstrate the product is broken. If we are satisfied the product was broken during transit we will either refund the price of the individual product in full or we will replace the damaged hamper or damaged product(s). If the same hamper or items are not available we will replace them with a hamper or items of equal or higher value.
We may arrange a collection of your damaged/defective items, you will not be charged for the collection.
Please note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of returning an items to us under any circumstance, as we will arrange collection through our own courier.
