Hallets Mulled Cider

If you’re looking for the perfect Bonfire night drink then look no further. This delicious mulled cider recipe is perfect for warming up around the bonfire this winter.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 litres Hallets Cider
  • 400ml Apple Juice
  • 75g Dark Brown Sugar
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 4 Whole Cloves
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 Apple, Sliced
  • 1 tbsp Allspice Berries

Method

  1. Pour your cider, apple juice and sugar into a large saucepan and heat gently to mull
  2. Add the oranges, orange zest, sliced apples and spices, bring to a simmer then turn down and keep on a low heat for 20-30 minutes
  3. Ladle into your favourite mugs and serve
  4. Enjoy this delicious winter warmer!
