Strawberries & Cream Gin Fizz

Our wonderful friends at The Pembrokeshire Gin Company kindly shared this incredible strawberries and cream gin fizz cocktail recipe with us – especially created to celebrate the Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend. A cocktail fit for a Queen? We certainly think so!
Ingredients
- Welsh Cake Gin - 50ml
- Lemon Juice - 25ml
- Strawberries - 2 Muddled
- Sugar Syrup - 12.5ml
- Single Cream - 20ml
- Egg White
- Topped with Soda
- Strawberry Garnish
Method
Add the strawberries to a shaker and muddle.
Add the gin, lemon juice, syrup, cream and egg white and dry shake.
Add ice, shake again to chilll and double strain into a tall glass. Let it settle for 60seconds and then top with soda until the head rises above the rim.
Add a straw and garnish with half a strawberry.
